Burn baby burn....This is completed through a combination of short bouts of high intensity work (80-100% effort) followed by an equal bout of forced rest (actively attempting to recover as quickly as possible through breathing and heart rate control). This class will lead YOU through a series of high intensity exercises (always different of course) that teach YOU how to accomplish this.
