Step by step, easy to learn habits, that lead to success

After an intake meeting, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Coach Stacey will create a meal plan recommendation just for you. From this meal plan and the advantage of technology tracking (through Myfitnesspal and our My-FIT-24 app) you will begin to learn the elements of how to eat food for success. Each week you will meet with Coach Stacey for a 15-30 min accountability session. During this meeting you will review your week. Together you will assess your macro nutrient intake, how you are feeling, and you may check measurements (such as weight or body fat %) if they are a part of your goal. Most of all you will dig deep into your mindset. Why are you making the decisions you are? What could you do differently? This mindset reset seems to be the perfect dose of motivation to keep you on track and head towards your goals.
